Comunale and Sushi

Sushi, sushi, sushi, και αν είσαι τόσο λάτρης όσο εμείς τότε σου έχουμε το κατάλληλο σημείο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης! Φρέσκο, νόστιμο, πρωτότυπο, γευστικό με φίνες πινελιές! Όπως πρέπει. Θα το βρεις στο Comunale, εκεί μας περιμένει η υπέροχη sushi chef Ελισάβετ Τσικριτά! Αυτό που μας έκανε εντύπωση στην σημερινή μας δοκιμή sushi ήταν η ανάλαφρη γεύση που άφηνε στο στόμα μας το χέλι, το σωστά ετοιμασμένο ρύζι, η πολύ σωστά μαγειρεμένη γαρίδα, το δροσερό μπρικ που ξεμυάλισε τον ουρανίσκο μας. Ανεπανάληπτοι συνδυασμοί για μοναδικά γεύματα. Απολαύστε το. Και μην ντρέπεστε αν δεν ξέρετε να χρησιμοποιείτε τα ξυλάκια. Το sushi τρώγεται άνετα και με τα χέρια. Το συστήνουν και οι Ιάπωνες. 

Sushi, sushi, sushi! If you are a sushi lover, as we are then we have the right place for you down town, in Thessaloniki! Fresh, tasty, original, with fine touches! As it should be. You will find it at the Comunale Restaurant, there awaits us the lovely sushi chef, Elizabeth Tsikrita! What enthusiasts us most was the light taste of eel left in our mouth, the right carefully prepared rice, the very well cooked shrimp, the cool brik that infatuate  our palate. Unrepeatable combinations for unique meals. Enjoy it! And do not be embarrassed if you do not know how to use the chopsticks. Sushi can be eaten comfortably by hands too. Our Japanese friends say so!
